BTW Polishes the Nameplate of China's Power Equipment: Another Breakthrough in Deepening Overseas Market Presence

Recently, BTW has achieved a series of successes in overseas markets, securing an order for two 300MVA/157.5kV phase-shifting transformers from the Greek national grid operator – marking the first entry of its phase-shifting transformer products into the high-end EU power grid market. In addition, three 500kV single-phase autotransformers directly exported by the company to Vietnam's national grid have been successfully energized and put into operation. These dual breakthroughs reflect the company's deepened commitment to overseas markets and its contribution to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Major Achievement in Tapping the EU High-End Market

BTW's successful bid for the phase-shifting transformer order from the Greek national grid operator represents another significant milestone following the signing of a seven-year framework agreement and the confirmation of 20 transformer supply orders. 500kV Autotransformers Exported to Vietnam Successfully Energized

Recently, three 500kV single-phase autotransformers directly exported by BTW to Vietnam's national grid for the Chon Thanh substation in Dong Nai City were successfully energized and put into operation, with the equipment performing safely and stably. Located in the core industrial zone of southeastern Vietnam, the substation connects four major high-load electricity consumption areas: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong Province, Binh Phuoc Province, and Dong Nai Province. The project's commissioning will further enhance Vietnam's 500kV backbone grid network, fully meeting the surging electricity demand driven by rapid regional industrial growth. The successful energization of these transformers also serves as a positive catalyst for BTW's continued expansion in the Southeast Asian market and for strengthening the regional influence of its proprietary brand.

At the commissioning ceremony, the project leader from Vietnam's national grid expressed gratitude to BTW for its efficient support throughout the entire process – from equipment design and manufacturing to delivery and fulfillment – congratulated the company on the successful energization, and expressed anticipation for further deepening cooperation between the two parties.
